"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having free parking is wonderful, outside and in the garage. The room overall smelled and appeared clean but the bathroom bathtub could have been cleaner, it was like slightly grey as if there was build up dirt. Also, the cleaning policy is every other day which is ok but I had to ask them to clean because they didn't even when they were suppose to. And the area is pretty quiet so it's good if you don't like noise. Overall I would give the place a 3.5"

"Wonderful and welcoming staff! Nice rooms with outstanding bathrooms. Coffee vouchers for the in house coffee shop was a nice touch Would stay again for sure. The only thing we would have liked is chairs outside of our room. There were tables and chairs available that the staff said we were welcome to move in from of our room but we felt uncomfortable moving them from someone else’s room. "Had a strange experience at check in where the front desk staff was MIA. There was two other guest attempting to check in but there was no one around. I left, had an early dinner, returned and a very pleasant gentleman checked us in. The room was very clean and beautiful. "We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke.
