"元々ツインベッドの部屋を予約していたところ、チェックイン時ダブルベッドの部屋となっていましたが、快くツインベッドの部屋に変更をしてくださいました。日本に来たことがあるスタッフの方だそうで、とても温かい対応をしてくださったことに感謝しております。朝食も品数が大変多く、サーモンがとても美味しかったです！"

"Clean and beautiful room, STAFFS ARE GREAT. Especially Risma at the restaurant, she is from Indonesia. Breakfast so good as always and lots to choose from. Parking is easy and free. Location is good too. Very central"

"The newly renovated Abbey Court rooms are sparkling, lovely and incredibly quiet and peacefull. The one draw back is that there are quite a few small flights of steps all over the place. The dungeon bar has excellent food at reasonable prices. Breakfast is great. I did not try the library bar but ..."
