"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Duva Spa, though there were a few things worth flagging for future guests.
We'd booked a one-bedroom premium apartment but were disappointed on arrival to find it didn't match the photos on Hotels.com or the hotel's own website - the images used are actually for the two-bedroom apartments, which is quite misleading as they show a separate kitchen-diner distinct from the living space. The apartment itself was also a little tired, with marks on the walls, uneven floorboards and light fittings hanging off the wall. It didn't quite live up to the 'Premium' billing.
That said, the space was comfortable and clean, the air con worked really well, and we had a large private balcony with beautiful views over the hills. There's daily cleaning (apart from Sundays) which is an added benefit. One thing we particularly loved was that sunbeds were always available around the pool with no early-morning towel-saving here! It meant we could come back from a day out and enjoy a swim and a proper relax.
The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety on offer, there's plenty of free parking within the complex, and the staff were consistently friendly and warm throughout our stay."
