"This is a large and luxurious hotel that's a great base for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable and huge, the staff helpful and competent, the facilities (pool, pool table, etc.) really nice (the indoor pool is quite something, though we didn't need it in the summer). - Vermutlich wurde das Personal im Service nicht richtig geschult. Zum Teil völlig überfordert mit Sprache und mit der Kasse. Auf Anfrage ob Ginja der traditionelle Likör aus Portugal ist wussten sie das nicht. Auch ist das Personal im Service sehr träge und das Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig auf dem Buffet."
