"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "Perfect holiday spot! Professional and helpful staff looking after guest with care. Close to the old town of Nessebar, beach and beach clubs - Cacao Beach and Bedroom Beach. Brekkie was ok but could be more diverse for longer stays and more fruits would be nice. Overall great stay :)"
