"Good beach view and pool. Staff were not accommodating. Check in person was very rude. There were no pots, pans, toaster or hairdryer as stated in description.!The reason that we chose this resort was because of the full kitchen and ability to cook which wasn’t available to us. We asked for these items at the front desk they stated that they would find and bring to us which they never did. We were told by front desk staff that the resort wasn’t ready to be open yet. The bed and the sofa were very uncomfortable making it very hard to sleep. "
