"My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. "Be prepared to see a lot of charges on your card. I booked my stay through Expedia and paid it. I when I got there they said they needed to do a $200 hold on my card for any incidentals. I bought the “meal pass” which was a rip off. $175 for $120 credits for food and it was not explained by the employees. They said it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. "We had a very nice stay at the Hilton DFW Executive Conference Center. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The water stayed hot, and the shower pressure was excellent, always appreciated after a long day of travel. The fitness room was one of the better hotel gyms we’ve used, and having two restaurants onsite was very convenient. Overall, the staff and facilities made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again."
