"everything was great except we could not turn off the overhead fan in the bathroom. The constant noise was annoying especially during the night trying to sleep. If we kept the bathroom door shut it did help quieting the fan. We were in room 148 and someone needs to check this out."

"We had a horrible experience at this lodge and were extremely disappointed with how management handled the situation.
The jacuzzi appeared to have an extremely high level of chemicals. After getting out, my son’s black BOSS swimming shorts had actually turned brown. Once we returned to our room, our bodies began itching badly, and it became severe enough that we had to go out and purchase Benadryl for my son.

"Got 1 bedroom with kitchen. Unit is decently clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Not a lot of people in the area, because it’s after summer and not ski season. We enjoyed that too! There’s Safeway about 12 mins away to get essentials. Great location to see Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake and Tahoe City."

"Everything was perfect with the exception of our location. Room was on second floor in the corner with no view. Better to request ground floor or at least a room with a view from which use of the balcony would be more comfortable. The location is great backing up to open forestland and trail to Shirley Canyon. The living room is quite convenient and the grounds were very pleasantt"
