"I was impressed by the 24‑hour front desk service. I spoke to a real person through a kiosk, which made checking in very convenient—especially since we arrived late in the evening. The hotel room was clean, although the water pressure was a bit slow. We still recommend this place if you are finding an accommodation nearby highway."

"We checked in a little late and the lady that checked us in was great. Room is clean and quiet, I tried to get a 12pm check out because my wife had a phone interview but they gave me 11:30am. The lady in the morning at the front desk wasn’t the best either and was kinda rude regarding the late check out. Decent stay though"

"Very clean and nice hotel, I love how it was on theme, it was my favorite part of this hotel, how it felt like a cabin. We were confused about the TV controller, and the employee came in to help us out! They also had the hot tub open early whihc was the biggest plus, and they had freshly baked cookies at 6 pm!"

"Newer hotel, so it was clean and updated. Location was right in downtown Flagstaff. You could walk to restaurants, etc. Right across from NAU. Breakfast was good. Negatives would be it is right on a busy street. When sitting on the patio, it is noisy. Also, parking was limited."
