The hotel staff was able to arrange transport to La Plantacion and the Phnom Penh airport and even offered us a very late checkout (unprompted), so we could shower and rest before departing for an overnight flight. "Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. "Very clean and comfortable room located in a relaxing setting, staff are super freindly and always willing to help. Hotel is actually located on a small river and kayaks are available. "

"The place is very quiet and has a relaxed feel to it. Quite rustic. The staff did not speak any english so check in was tricky. After we got settled in the room we did meet the owner who did speak english and he made us feel very welcomed. "

"Very inexpensive and not in ideal location on the other side of the river from the main town. A motel like feel with very friendly owner and staff. Didn’t try the outdoor pool but looks like it would be a good place to cool off for an hour or so."

"Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues."
