Khách sạn Pongakawa

"Room was amazing, better than some hotels that I’ve stayed in. Very clean, great amenities in the room, next door to the Plaza shopping centre."

"Nice staff and good amenities"

"Unfortunately, the photos of this resort must have been taken a very long time ago, as they certainly don't reflect its current condition. The resort is quite run-down, which is a real shame because it has so much potential if some time, money and care were put into maintaining it. Our room was clean enough, but the grounds and facilities were very neglected. We arrived on the Saturday of a long weekend to find the pool only half-filled with murky water, the hot tub broken and being refilled,...

"Good experience, hygiene is really important for me and happy to see room was in very clean condition"

"Great place for a Rotorua stop over, the room was clean & bed comfortable."

"Yhe desin of tge buildimg"

"Staff is amazing as they do ever. If something needs fixing just ask them. The grounds could use some manicuring and trimming. Door stops are a trip hazard. Location is not in town but on the lake. It is quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning."

"The warmth of the room was great, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and staff service was excellent. Service is key here at Ripple Rotorua and we’re returning back for future holidays…Thank you."

"Clean room"

"Very special well maintained hotel with an exceptional view of the lake. A redeveloped house with additional cabins and animals on the property. Gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because dinner is incredibly expensive and there was no way to walk around the lake and do some exploration"

"Really impressed with our stay at Quest Tauranga. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were modern, tidy and spotlessly clean. Great in-room amenities, including a lovely selection of teas. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would happily stay again."

"Did not provide full service in terms of making and changing bedding or vacuuming the rooms whilst we were there. We could smell the pillows and cushions still smelled of hair lampshade was dusty Room smelled dusty which made it a bit difficult to breath. We opened the patio door, which was good. Staff was friendly. Pool area was great"
