"Hôtel très propre ..le personnel était génial..ils répondent à toutes vos demandes le mieux possible..très accueillant..au niveau du petit déjeuner rien à dire..et super restaurant dans l hôtel dommage qu à partir du vendredi soir il n est pas ouvert du week-end...mais si je reviens à Ales je descendrai ..."

"L’accès à la chambre lorsque la réception est fermée est calamiteux. La borne ne fonctionne pas correctement et nous avons mis 15 mn pour pouvoir entrer alors que nous utilisions les bon codes !"
