"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
The rooms are outdated, and the heating did not work, making the room uncomfortably cold. The food is overpriced for the quality. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived raw in the middle—not rare, but genuinely undercooked. The cocktails were also disappointing, with very little alcohol despite their price.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the reception staff. Throughout my trip in Brazil, I met warm, friendly, and helpful people...

"The hotel is small, but cozy; breakfast was excellent. We found everyone most accommodating, very helpful. There has to be a great management too to hire people with charisma & willing to help at any time. "The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time."
