Khách sạn Pontal da Barra

"It would have been nice to be informed that the gym was not available for the duration of our stay prior to our arrival. (although they said we could use the gym on their other hotel, it was not a feasible solution. The staff was nice, the location was perfect, the room was clean, the rooftop pool was nice and quiet (apart from when one family decided to let their children run wild, then we and others had to leave as it became too much on the other people there). Breakfast had a good variety...

"For a luxury hotel, I wasn’t as impressed. The room was very dated and not super clean. Bathroom had mold. The pictures k line definitely make it look nicer. Food was fine. Nothing special. Pool upstairs has a nice view but was small. Chairs were super uncomfortable to lay out on. Good location though and breakfast had plenty of fresh options."

"Tudo perfeito! Amamos!!! Café da manhã excelente"

"What I liked most about my stay was definitely the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. The wonderful service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!"

Kkk"

"A 5 star Hotel..Great service at the front desk .Great reception. The bar and restaurant. Room service expecional...the staff is attentive and helpful ..Great breakfast. It's a beautiful place"

"Quarto limpo"

"There were mosquitoes in my room. I told management twice & twice they said someone was going to spray the room. I had daily bites. I sprayed mosquito repellent every night around the bed to keep them from biting me but was still bitten."

"The breakfast was great. The luncheon dinner left a lot to be desired. The food was not good at all extremely salty and did not taste like Brazilian bread food at all, which is very delicious disappointed in the food."
