"I was given upgrade for free. Very clean, very nice staff, center of all the action . Has the best view of the sunset and Arno river. Love the jacuzzi, best bed and pillows. I’m a serious traveler and had been to a lot of 5 star hotels , and this one felt like I’m in 1! I will surely cone back! "

"Super expérience en famille, l’équipe a vraiment été présente pour préparer notre voyage avant ( on a eu des modifications de planning) et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. "This is a great place to stay when in Florence! The hotel is exquisitely decorated, location is unbearable and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities supplied by the hotel are similar to those of a 5 star hotel. The only negative is that if you drive a car, to locate the hotel is not as straight forward and there is no parking nearby.
