"The front clerks were very professional and inviting. The coffee was available 24/7 freshly ground. The lobby was clean, the linens were clean and the carpet was very clean. The refrigerator actually froze the water and kept the food refrigerated. Towels were changed out each day. I was surprised that they were kept clean even when pets were allowed. "Very disappointed in this stay. When we arrived they informed us our room had been given to someone else. After 30 minutes they found an alternative. None of the common areas had air including the lobby and restaurant. Cleaning service didn’t come and we had to call three times to get the trash emptied and new towels."

"This was one of the hotels I really enjoyed they have a whole refrigerator, hot top, plates, utensils, and let’s not forget the Free Breakfast from 6-9am. The staff is very welcoming, nice, friendly, and understanding. When I visit Jacksonville again this will be my hotel every stay I really enjoyed it all."
