"This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers."

"It was very easy to find the Courtyard Marriott Expedia website the minute we got to the hotel the front desk host was very friendly very helpful clean rooms great staff and when it was time to departure at 11:00 they were nice enough to extend it to 2:00 I will always stay there and recommend friends and family to do the same"

"Clean room, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Bananas are seemingly popular for some reason. Anyway, shower curtains can use some replacing. Great black out curtains, good climate control, ok tv channel selection but remote was hard to work with. Bedding not bad, didn't wake up in pain. Dishes stocked in kitchen was useful. Sofabeds were the typical sofabeds, as expected. No indications or signs of bed bugs in neither form of bedding."

"Property was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was vast and plenty options that were close to the door . Breakfast could have definitely been better but it was fresh just needed more options. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. Did not see one bug !!"

"We stayed here for three nights. We chose this one for the pool but the pool never opened. The staff were really kind. The cleaning ladies were top tier with their customer service mainly Shawnda! She is always there and always working hard. Every time I walked passed the laundry area where they clean the sheets and things she was busy doing her work but always stopped 2help if I asked a question or needed something. Throughout the entire stay no one cleaned our rooms or asked if we needed any...

"Went through Expedia that charged me $166 and the property charged a room rate with them for $256 on top of $166 I already paid and that wasn't for incidentals that was $100 separate which understand. The staff said they took care of it but it seems as though the re fund is going to take a few days..."

"It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though."

"Old property. Worn out carpets and closet doors cannot close because of several layers of paint. Over painting is not going to help improve this hotel. Everything looks from the 1980s. Good location and reasonable rates."

"It was convenient for a night bc I had no power. Would stay again if only for this reason. The tv was awful and coffee maker in room was broken. Should also outright say there is a $150 incidental fee."

"The staff was understandably understaffed but still managed to keep everyone content. I wasn’t able to check into my hotel on time while they ran behind cleaning rooms. I was told I’m the 8th person/family waiting. I asked for a late check out which was 3 days later paid upfront and they had no issue honoring that for me. Breakfast, pool and proximity to freeway is a plus. I did have one racist run in, a man next door to me yelled racial slurs from his balcony. This happened to be on check out...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They still have a few glitches to work out i.e. bar not open, some minor things in the room not working etc.. The staff is definitely their best asset. My husband was having surgery at Beaumont and the location of this property cannot be beat. You do not even need to get out on the highway to get to the hospital from the hotel."

"The room was clean and the staff were awesome!! However, the hotel could use some TLC in the lobby area. The carpet needs to be replaced in the hallways and elevator. The fan in the bathroom needs to fixed. Also, they just need to update the TV’s to smart TV’s. But all in all it was a pleasant stay."

"I took off 2 stars off due to there being no working smoke detectors during our stay due to some issue they were having; this was not made known at check in. Dangerous for all guest and possibly illegal."

"Really nice place and we enjoyed our quick over night stay! We did want to try to connect our Bobby rewards to this booking, but the staff said it wasn’t possible. I was a bit disappointed that they could try to connect our points to our Bonvoy app. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay there again!"
