The views of the canal out the window, the details paid to everything (the hidden fridge), the great water pressure. It's been years, maybe decades since a hotel impressed me as much as our stay at the Kanalhuset did."

"This is in a good location close to the center of Copenhagen. We had a wonderful corner room with wide vistas. There are two NCH's in town, so make sure you go to the one you booked. My only quibble, is the lobby floor restaurant was a little nickel and dimey: they charge for bread and no tap water. They are not unusual with this as these limitations are common with many European hotels. Still, if you're spending $150 on a meal, a slice of bread or two seems like an easy way to elevate your...

"Fabulous spacious 2 level apartment Big enough rooms and good dining table area in the middle + Lovely soft pillows, spacious apartment, big fridge and nice big showers and towels. No keys as electronic door lock. Stylish and simple design.. 1 set of coffee pods.. kitchen just big enough - not so good was the narrow spiral staircase to go up and down.. the TV wasn't where the open area was..but we didn't really watch the TV so ok. No Aircon but we didn't need it "

"Unterkunft liegt ruhig, weniger als 10 Minuten von der U-bahn entfernt. Man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum. Die Küche im Familienzimmer gut ausgestattet. Supermärkte um die Ecke. Frühstück sehr gut, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"It is good location. Staff is very friendly. We had some challenges checking in as we were not able to open the link sent by the apt hotel. Take long time to work with Expedia and the hotel staff. The hotel’s pillow and blankets have some smells, not from the cover sheet, it is from the insert inside…. It is a little disappointment for us. We paid $400+ per night, I would expect a clean bed without other people’s sweat smell…"

"コペンハーゲンの中心部にあり、街歩きには大変良いロケーション。 デラックスルームに宿泊。館内を含め室内も意匠に凝った作りになっているが、実用性が犠牲になっているのが問題。洗面所はシンクが小さく、洗面台も極めて狭い。シャワー室とは半分ガラスで仕切られているが残り半分は全く仕切りがなく、水滴の飛散には注意が必要だった。VipAccessで13時までのレイトチェックアウトを承諾してもらっていたが、12時に戻ったところ部屋が完全にロックされていた。"

"The rooms are small and the room decor spartan but the furnishings are quite adequate: there’s a comfy chair and lots of surface area for luggage. Not much of a view but very near the ports and right next to a metro station for easy access to the city centre. A perfectly reasonable place to stay for a fair price. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked pleasant."

"Brilliant location, very clean. Large 3 bed condo. One family bathroom but that was fine for a family of 4 (2 were teenagers). We were there in a heat wave. Needed the fans to sleep as city street noise in the night meant having the windows open was a litttle loud when delivery trucks were moving about. Wouldn’t describe this as luxury, more like scandi-functional. We had to lug suitcases up several flights of stairs as only a few condos have elevator access so make sure request elevator access...
