"We stayed in room 134. The shower pan is level, just like the floor so the water was running across the bathroom floor headed for the door. We had to build a dam with the towels. No shower for me during our stay. It appeared the Inn was under renovation. Staff was nice but it's now called the Cottonwood or something else."

"The hotel is extremely aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t look at many photos before booking so I was very surprised. The person that completed the interior design should receive an award. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a perfect location nearby countless restaurants and bars. This was my first trip to Savannah and I’ll definitely stay at this property when I visit again. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"Our stay had a few positives, but overall it was disappointing. One staff member—the lady who checked us in—was very pleasant, and one of the room attendants was helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff came across as quite rude. Several amenities were unavailable during our stay, including the pool and gym, which was frustrating. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. Housekeeping was inconsistent—the towels were small, and we had to request additional ones multiple times. The room itself was not very clean, and we experienced a plumbing issue when the toilet backed up. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, we were told no one was available, and we had to handle the situation ourselves by getting a plunger. To make matters worse, the hotel is currently under heavy construction, which made the environment very noisy. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations."
