"Les seuls points positifs sont d’être en centre ville et d’être un bâtiment historique. Nous sommes très très loin d’un 5 étoiles à tout points de vue . Personnel junior livré à lui même .La chambre avait été nettoyé rapidement et le personnel n’est pas venu nettoyer lors de notre séjour. J’ai dû téléphoner pour des serviettes et du papier toilette. Pas de tire-bouchon dans la chambre,ont doit se faire ouvrir la bouteille.Pas de prises USB,la télévision est obsolète (no Netflix ,pas de cast…)....

"Nice area to explore. Be warned - the underground parking is not for the faint of heart. It’s hard to find and tiny to navigate. We stayed in the bigger room and it was roomy. But a big minus - no a table to sit and have snack/coffee. We had to huddle around tiny side table. I wish there were a small fridge. The bathroom soaps are basic, missing some items. The drinking water was not easily accessible. Even the staff said that the tap water is low quality. The pros is comfortable bed, I was so...

"An Absolutely fabulous location for a Hotel right in the historical centre of Rouen, Next door the the Famous Cathedral and Christmas Market. We could not ask for a better hotel, it was Brilliant."

"Well thought out room. Plenty of storage for personal items in the bathroom, washing line in shower thoughtfully provided. Room was very hot and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Opening the window allowed traffic noise into the room. Only stayed one night but would use again as location was very convenient. We parked in the Opera carpark a few metres away from the hotel costing 17€ for 24 hrs."
