"We got in exhausted and was the last to check in before the office closed. Rolled in to find our sheets contaminated on both beds.
Knowing no one was at the office anymore we made do with the blankets on the beds and a blankets from the truck,
Instead of leaving a bad review we Took photos and sent To the email address at the front desks with hopes of at least a discount. No response. So overall , not impressed."

"I recommend this hotel for a family vacation. It's very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a gym and a swimming pool. The breakfasts are a bit basic, but there are plenty of cafes and other places nearby for a more substantial breakfast. Transportation is convenient. The rooms are large, spacious, bright, and clean. I recommend it."

"The room was adequate but a bit pricey for what you get on the plus side it has quality mattress and bedding. I appreciated the extra pillows and the handy ice machine. The bathroom was tiny. The breakfast coupons didn’t cover much in the adjacent restaurant which didn’t have great food."

"The hotel is in an amazing location, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the only issue was the cleanliness of the room. It seemed like the bed sheets had not been changed in quite some time. The bathroom mat, although transparent, was yellowed and worn from age and use, which felt very unhygienic. The bathroom floor was also quite dirty. Other than that, everything else was great."

"We we just needed a place to stay while on the road and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean carpet probably could've used a bit of Spot treatment and we didn't have time for the breakfast, but the staff were helpful and we were able to get into our room a little bit early, so that was always nice."

"A little noisy at times hallway doors slamming people talking loudly in hallways etc. Windows were not soundproof so traffic from the streets below was loud even though the room was on the 5th floor!!
Two buildings requiring initial adjustments in parking and room access after checking in. Hotel was busy so parking was in short supply but ok."

"The room was very clean. Continental breakfast was great 👍.
It ahs sauna and hot tub but we couldnt use it due to shortage of time.
The location is great , tim Hortons t walking distance and a lot of eating places nearby . 8 min drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend this and will also book in future."
