"This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

"A delightful, clean, pleasant place. None of the usual bells and whistles that mega chain motels burden you with. Just clean, modern, nicely decorated room with all the essential features. Really a fantastic throwback to the early days of mom and pop facilities before corporations overwhelmed tourism.
Loved the place. PS. only a one minute walk to one of the best ice cream places on the Cape--Cad Cod Creamery."

"This hotel doesn’t match the reality. Booked for one night, and was supposed to check in at 4PM, my room was not ready until 5:20PM. Front desk said that if you book your stay 10 days in advance you have a free parking otherwise $28 per night, but where should people know that 10 day period information from ?
Went to outdoor pool at 6PM, and it was all rainy and cold, for some reason the indoor pool was closed and they had no intentions of opening it due to the short staff. One hotel staff...

"The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

"Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy."
