"Great stay in June and July with Greenwood Hotel. The booking process was easy through Hotels.com, but impossible if trying to book direct. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us book a car rental when our initial reservation was cancelled by the company. The only downside is that we didn’t have great wifi from our room, so we had to get creative when it came to finding access in town, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the awesome front desk staff service. "Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. "We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. Pool & SPA are ensuring good relaxation, although a +1~2°C in the pool would make it even better. Only one thing that is a little bit exaggerated = parking fee."
