"A beautifully presented hotel, staff were incredibly warm, friendly & helpful and the hotel was in a great location for the Palace, Market Square & train station.
The only surprise we had was there was no door on the bathroom so there was no privacy to shower. I was staying with my friend & luckily we laughed it off and turned our backs to the bathroom!
Other than that, it’s a lovely hotel & great value for money."
