"awesome architecture and character"

"Good food. Great Hotel "

"Long time to check in"

"Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria Galilee! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth, friendliness, and truly personal service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their genuine hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, and the variety made starting each morning a real pleasure. What truly sets...

"The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."

"Although we had a small problem with the room on arrival the staff did above and beyond to solve it and compensate us"

"EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice"

"Gorgeous honeymoon getaway"

"Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even...

"The staff help a lot but old rooms elevator is not good"
