"Had an amazing stay. The staff were welcoming and the room was lovely with modern comforts in an old fashioned feel. And much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The location was very convenient for crossing the bridge in and out of town. Breakfast was solid and a great start to the day. Consider taking a walk up to the pool for a high up view of the area. All in all a great stay and value for the price."

The apartment lacked basic comfort—the sheets smelled damp and moldy. The noise was also a major issue because the property sits right by the highway; sitting on the terrace meant staring at the road and listening to traffic noise. "It’s a very beautiful property, completely renovated and modern. A car is needed if you stay there."

"Nice clean property. Excellent staff."

"Very good experience. Location is very nice, perfect for relax and enjoying the surrounding and villages. Staff super friendly."

"Excellent location with the most fantastic view from the rooftop terrace"

"Better with a car as it's not good to walk up back to hotel after the old town attractions."

"Everything was good the room and the food was amazing"

"Just a little more positive attitude from staff would have gone a long way to making the stay more pleasurable."

"Hotel molt recomanable amb un llit molt gran i còmode, personal molt atent i bon esmorzar."

"Correcto para viaje de negocios."

"The hotel is located in Tortellà town. Driving is almost 15 minutes to Besalú"
