Dear Richard,Thank you for your review. In July we are renovating all our bathrooms. Our wish is that in the wintertime, each room will have its own bathroom and toilet. In summer, when we are busy, our guests will have to share. We do have two rooms with ensuites downstairs. I guess we are not a hostel, not a motel but a guesthouse. Dear Rohan, we. are sorry that you were disappointed with the room. We gave you a bargain price as we are well aware that our rooms upstairs do not have ensuites. Everywhere on all the booking sites, it is mentioned that only the family rooms have ensuites in our guesthouse. We have never been asked for a tv in a room. Our guests love our areas downstairs, enjoying beer, and pizza, meeting other guests and playing board games. Our staff member wanted to help you and suggest a motel room. Motel rooms do have a tv and an ensuite.

Dear Frabrico, thank you very much for your review. We now have a name and the country you come from, with the CT footage reflecting the incident you mention in your review. I gave the 2 staff members extra money to go for lunch the next day to forget the situation that concerned you. Your language was not fabulous. I also paid them for their time to deal with the situation as it was well past 12 pm As always there are two sides to every story. We hope that you realise this when you visit other accommodation places. The incident with you will be part of our hostel stories we tell each other when we are having dinner together Without stories life would be boring. We wish you well and happy travels. PCH
