Gorgeous spot for a relaxing break

It was a relaxing stay for a few days - right on the beach. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, towels, and equipment for shell and shark tooth hunting. My husband and I really enjoyed it and the beautiful sunsets!

Pearl Beach Inn was amazing! Easy to get to, directly on the beach, super clean room, shower had lots of hot water and excellent pressure. They provide beach towels, chairs, sifters, everything you need for a beach day. For being directly on the beach and the amenities - definitely worth the price.

Perfect stay

Excellent stay in peaceful and clean Manasota Key. Beach was beautiful and peaceful. Accomodation Premises were super clean and provided just the desired atmosphere for us.

Everything from check in to check out was easy. Staff was friendly and gave us plenty of things to do in the area. Room had ocean view, ice cold ac which was needed, and it’s on an amazing beach. They have sand chairs, umbrellas and everything else you can use at the beach. Excellent stay we will be returning.

Perfect property to rest and relax! We stayed in the Atlantis and it was more than we expected. The beach was so quiet it was like we had it all to ourselves. We found so many shark teeth and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets!! Looking to return again soon!

This place is a piece of paradise. My husband and I absolutely love everything about it . It’s cozy , clean , the beach is amazing, no crowd , great for people that want to relax . We will definitely come back .

Location, location, location!

This is a gem of a place on a fantastic beach. Wildlife abounds including ospreys, gopher tortoises and sea turtles. We had room 10 with a view over the roof. We loved the calmness of the place and never left for 5 days. We stocked up with food and drink beforehand and loved the beach scene. An amazing location.

I love small "mom and pop" hotels on a beach. This fit the billl. 12 rooms. On the beach. Close to restuarants but not in town. Awesome. Very nice staff. Everything I could want.

UH-MAZE-ING!

This place was UH-MAZE-ING! Great price. Great location. Friendly staff. Super clean. We found 432 shark teeth in the 1.5 days we were there. We didn’t even have to sift! They were just scattered all over. Don’t waste your time going to Venice. This place is perfect! We will be back!

Two years in between visits and you can tell. We got to there early and was told our room was not ready, no big deal- we walked the beached. During that walk we got engaged, so romantic since this was the first place we ever traveled to two years ago and was were we stayed when I seen an ocean for the first time. At check in they put us in a different room vs what we paid for... saidnitbwas a better view. Nope they just didnt have power in our room and no one had air conditioning. After explaining we will wait for the power to have our room so we can celebrate our engagement. Front desk was more focused on making sure we knew we were to smoke all the way out front of their property vs even saying congratulations. Later that night we had to help a guest downstairs next to the first room they tried to give us get a lizard out of their room.... not the. same Pearl Beach we remember. Sadly I have reconsidered renting the entire upstairs and having our wedding there... not sure we will return.

This is a lovely little place, most rooms are efficiencies but provide anlmost all you need including a fridge, sink, microwave and induction hot plate to cook on. The dishes and cookware are provided however the cookware was scant, one pot one fry pan, no cooking bowls, colander, etc. bring your own ziplock bags, cooking oil, salt, etc. They also have 3 charcoal grills with charcoal, lighter, and lighter fluid provided. The kitchen and bathroom could use little single towel hooks to free up space for personal items but are nice spaces with shampoos, conditioner, and lotion. The place is furnished nicely, the bed was comfy but there was no where to put your suitcase and needs a luggage stand or something. Also, unfortunately the property had a lot of water damage from the hurricane including water stains around the baseboards and a mildew smell in the kitchen cabinets. The patios are very nice with great views from any room, you are very close to the water. the beach itself had so many shells it was hard to walk or lay on. They provide you with beach chairs (but only 2 reclining ones available), beach toys, sifters, and beach towels. It is a quiet area which I enjoy but all residential so if you want restaurants, bars, or shops expect to drive. Staff was also friendly and accommodating.

Almost Perfection

So quaint. So clean. So cute. So close to perfection. The check-in was quick and easy. The young lady was pleasant and efficient. But the office is only open from 3 to 5pm. The room was cute and spotless. The bed was so comfy! The hurricane-repaired beach deck was perfect. The available grills, beach chairs, beach rakes, and beach wagons to haul your bags to your room, were appreciate. So why not a perfect 10? Just a few little things. Things that separate the good from the great. Things like no ice machine. And it's several miles back to town for a bag of ice. Things like a beautiful mini kitchen area, but the fridge doors open the wrong way. If I had my tool kit I would have fixed it in five minutes. Lastly, hoping to open the windows in unit #1 to hear the waves lap onto the shore, only to find two of the three windows had no screen, and the third wouldn't open. We love small business, so by all means book a room here. But for the price, hope they move closer to perfection!

If you like peace and quiet and just hanging out on the beach, you’ll love it. If you want shopping and dining you’ll have to drive about 15-20 minutes away. Great place for sea shells and shark teeth.
