"I recently stayed at Lily of the Valley and had such an incredible experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I arrived, the service was truly exquisite—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and unbelievably accommodating. They made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. A special shoutout to The Vista, their on-site restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the elegant, beautifully designed space made every meal feel memorable. I also loved their gym—top-of-the-line equipment, a bright atmosphere, and everything you need to stay active while traveling. My Superior Room was wonderful, especially the terrace with a cozy outdoor bed overlooking the heated pool and the charming village below. It was the perfect spot to unwind. And the 15-minute walk down to Gigaro Beach quickly became one of my favorite parts of the trip—the scenic views were stunning and made for peaceful, picture-perfect moments. I also appreciated the transportation the hotel arranged for visits to nearby sites. Their staff and concierge were always incredibly easy to reach via WhatsApp, making communication smooth and stress-free throughout my stay. Overall, I’m deeply grateful for my time at Lily of the Valley—the memories I made, the peace and calm I found, and the chance to step away from the hustle of work and recharge before the new year. "I stayed one night and its was awfull, wool type blanquets without sheets. The room was not clean and the maîtresses had dog hair on the covers. Overall the cleanliness wasnt acceptable specially in the bathroom area"

"Very friendly staff. I arrived the day after my reservation date, at 6:00 am. They still honored my reservation. I did have a good reason for the lateness. We were rerouted from Toulon to Montpellier because of the storm (always check weather!) and then back to Toulon in an 3 hours bus trip. Once back to the empty Toulon airport around 3 Am there were no shuttle, taxi or Uber. Walked 1 1/2 hour to the hotel using Google map (which is not easy when you lose wifi and do not have cell service). When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist saw my state of exhaustion and just gave me the key to go rest and asked to complete the formalities later. One important feature in my case is the 24 hours reception desk which is not as common in here like in the US. Also the place have quite a good choice of restaurants around at walking distance. We try "le people" and it was pretty good."
