"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! The cleaning staff were amazing and very thoughtful for my birthday they added balloons and bubbles to drink. This hotel is very centrally located and the best spot to enjoy the beach and port. "Sehr schöne Poolanlage für Erwachsene und auch Kinder jeden Alters! Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem eingezäunten Garten (mit Tor zum Poolgarten). Das war wirklich unschlagbar. Einziges Minus ist das Couchsofa (ausklappbar), da die Matratze sehr dünn und durchgelegen war. Das Frühstück hat viel Auswahl, aber ist leider sehr laut und voll. Das Personal ist aber überall sehr freundlich."

"We picked this hotel because of it's position between the beach and the strip. The position was perfect, right in the heart of the area but not loud. The hotel itself was immaculate, the food was great and the staff were amazing. Allowed in before check in time, always helpful. The hotel was quiet and the entertainment was poorly attended but this was because of the excellent site it was in with so much going on you didn't need entertainment.
