"Was told when we arrived there at about 7.15 on Sat. 29 Sept that my Booking was NOT for the 29 and 30 but for 30 and 31. They were totally booked for the 29 and there was nothing that could be done she put me in contact with a motel in Port Douglas at $45 above what the booking . I was told to cancel the booking, and I would get my money back from the agent. I will start by getting in contact with the agent."

"Great 3-bedroom villa with lots of space and our own plunge pool. Some of it was a bit outdated and run down - e.g. shutters very stiff, one treadmill in the gym didn't work properly. But overall, still a lovely stay. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend hiring a car as this resort is not walking distance to the main town."

"We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....

"Nice room, parking right in front of our room. We got woken up in the middle of the night by an alarm evacuation system, and received no apology or explanation why that happened, despite asking. Unresponsive host if messaged on Expedia."

"We stayed in room 1207. It was very, musty and damp smelling. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and as it costs $20 to replace towels they were wet for our stay unless you wanted to do washing. The kitchen amenities were extremely basic and the TV postion is not viewable from bed..... something that is nice when having a Nana nap on holidays. The outdoor spa wasn't clean. There was 2 cheap broken hair dryers in the bathroom and with so much water on the floor it didn't feel safe to use...
