" The resort was huge, staff was nice, breakfast was delicious and too many options to choose from buffet, there were many activities going on every day to keep you engaged and the pool was the biggest highlight of the property. Now the dislikes about the property were cleanliness and the room service! The room was not that clean and the floor had so much of dust that we had to wipe our kids feet every now and then before they go to bed and same with us, so when you say 5 star property then it...

Some annoyances: The advertised “Garden View” was dirt, tree roots, sparse grass and the guest services building. We asked for additional coffee pods but were told we would have to pay an additional &1.00 per pod. The toilet seat would not stay up (only a male problem). "
