"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"Apartment had not been serviced on arrival and we needed to book emergency accom for the night. The next day a lovely service person came and helped us feel more cared about and changed our apartment due to faults. We did get a refund for our first night but we’re still out of pocket. "

"Difficult entry as email came after we had left on our journey. Wouldn't use oven, needs a steam clean. Too minimalistic for us..no curtains, no pictures, no mirror in bedroom.. To use with hair dryer. Breakfast poor compared to other places we have stayed in. Milk was frozen in fridge. Broken tiles and mildew in bathroom."

"We were a group of 10, grandparents kids and teenage grandkids. This was perfect for us to give us all space after a crowded week in London. Masood was extremely kind accommodating to all our needs. Grocery nearby as well as another shop that sold great pastries. Close to the train station, we walked less than 10 minutes."
