We stayed at the Deluxe Ocean View suite at Beach Place Guesthouses, and honestly, it was one of the most unique and atmospheric places I’ve ever experienced. "The hotel is right on the beach and you do not have to cross any streets to get to the beach which is great. The building has seen better days and needs lots of maintenance. Even the little tent outside the reception is tore up and you would think management would fix it so people have a better experience coming in to the property.The room we stayed at was clean and updated but lacked a TV in the bedrooms and only had one tv in the living/dining room. "I do not like the wall mounted shampoo and conditioner because I use the bathtub not the shower. Loved the extra pillows. Loved the larger fridge. Bedside USB charger plugs would be nice. Overall very good experience. Can't speak about the breakfast as we left too early. I would recommend this hotel especially for the price."

"Location was great, everything is close by. Staff very friendly and helpful and always around. The breakfast was horrible, they served the same thing every day. Wasn't really a variety to choose , no waffle or pancake maker. If you wanted coffee you half to leave your room to get it. No bathtub only showers, was pissed about that, the snacks where high. Overall not bad , but expected more, price for this hotel could have been cheaper being is Wasn't much they offered."

"Everything was fine however when I called Quality in to ask for how much was the pet fee they told me 20 dollars and when I checked in the said 35 plus taxes."

"Coffee maker was filthy front desk replaced it immediately with a new one, the bathroom mirror lighting needed to be brighter, and there is peeling paint in the unit. Spectator oceanfront view and the staff provided excellent service. Check your receipt before leaving I was charged a breakfast that I didn’t have it was deducted after I complained no problem "

"This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!"
