"The staff was super helpful and friendly, great location walkable to subways, and awesome partial views of the water. Three super fast elevators, however during checkout it took a bit to catch one as everyone was leaving at the same time. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very busy hotel for travelers. Does a good job managing the flow. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.very quiet which we appreciated. Room was a little warm and stuffy though, even with air and fan on. Provided buffet breakfast was ok, filled the hole in our tummies. But pretty mediocre. We would stay again if we were cruising out of Cape Liberty. We left our car there for $20 night which is pretty affordable. $40 uber to cruise terminal."

"This hotel is not as it appears. It is run down, dirty and it smells horrible. I flew in late and the “free shuttle” from the airport that is supposed to be there every 15 minutes never showed up. I ended up taking a taxi 1.2 miles for $62. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6am. I got there at 6. No one was there. I came back at 6:25, still nobody was there. I asked the desk when they open. "I didn’t like the fact that house keeping came to clean the room and there was a stain on the bed and they did change the sheets and the breakfast was cold and dry.. and there was only pork products not everyone eat pork I will NOT be booking again or recommending to family or friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"All was wonderful till the end. Good location by many great spots for food, drink, and waterfront. Unfortunately at the end of out visit my Mom fell out front hitting her glasses, nose, teeth, hand, knee. When I asked for an ice pack or first aid kit at the front desk, they had nothing. An empty kit and apparently no ice machine."
