"the staff and hosts were so friendly and accommodating. we felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay. the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. the property is in a perfect location and the breakfast was delicious. if you visit essouira, you must stay at al manara! "

"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument inoubliable ! Le cadre est enchanteur, alliant authenticité marocaine et confort moderne. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec une équipe toujours souriante, disponible et attentionnée.

"Overall, it’s a cute hostel vibe. It’s an older building being in the Medina. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with getting around and finding places to eat. The rooms and property could use a little work and remodeling, but maybe that takes away from the hostel vibe. It is in a good location next to good eats and literally in the middle of the Medina. "
