"Updates to room are needed, however I knew that when booking. Room was comfortable, spacious and had the oceanview it described. Beach was great, pool and hot tub were very nice. The restaurant and tiki bar were superb. Good prices and friendly staff."

"Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. The metalwork on the lights and furniture is rusty, the drawers were dirty inside so I ended up having to put everything in plastic bags to use them.
