"We found it nice bcoz its was bright, walkable distance to all major attractions/ shopping areas. And the most important was the assistance from HOUST , they were very quick and given proper assistance in case it was required. I would love to stay there on my next trip as well."

"The property has parking and is in a very good location. It’s an easy walk to the beach & there are lots of great restaurants nearby. There were a couple of small issues like a blown globe in a lamp on our arrival. The kitchen is not very well stocked. There was only one wine glass. I know there’s a no party policy, but that seems extreme. Apart from that, the apartment was comfortable enough for myself & my two children for our six night stay. "

"went with my parents and myself, they didn't supply enough towels for 4 nights. had to keep washing whenever we used them, and the washing machine was difficult to use, it kept washing after the dry setting, the toilet and shower was really gross and it seemed the floors weren't vacuumed properly when we arrived, also the surfaces weren't dusted, the tv didn't have free channels, had to login to my own netflix account just to watch something on the tv. "

Air conditioner held together with tape, cooker well used and dirty no control markings for heat settings. They advertised for gym but was not open was told because of COVID and he said he had put the notice on hotels. Com but when I checked it was not there. "The location is great, a few min walk to the beach. The best part was being able go see the penguins on the pier. However there is a super noisy hotel bar right next to the building where drunk kids are shouting until 3am and the apt is not very well acoustically insulated so you can hear the noise! This place is not child friendly with heavy glass doors that shut quickly so it’s quite dangerous for little kids.
