"We came on vacation for a week but after 3 days the management said they are not an extended stay and ifwe booked we would get Bo refund and st lo couldn't stay! So rude! Then at breakfast, a homeless man with open oozing sores all over him was touching all over the food, so we could even eat then lastly we noticed bedbugs"

"The property is excellent; the facilities are excellent BUT some of the staff need training in hospitality especially for an exceptional property in a historic area. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore. If this were an economy hotel I wouldn't think twice about it, but since this is a premium hotel, in a premium area I would expect just a bit more. In totality this property is wonderful and many of the staff were as well, the bar staff, the housekeeping staff etc...but the folks behind the counter, the face of the Hotel...not so much. This may seem picky, but I have the highest respect for the Marriott brand and travel around the world I pick this brand for the experience, and this was simply a mismatch."
