"This was a perfect location between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The plaza right next door had anything you may need. The pool was well maintained and stayed open until 10pm which we used nightly. The hot tub was a little too hot would be the only criticism I would make. Besides that, it was a perfect hotel!"

"We've been coming to the Edison Beach house for years with my family, and now were able to do so with our own children. My 7 and 4 year-olds absolutely loved being in a hotel right on the beach with a pool."

"Staff was excellent. Great late check-in. The room exceeded our expectations. Tv in each bedroom. Wonderful kitchen and living room. Supper location to the pool from the room. We appreciated the laundry facilities. The place was clean and felt safe. Nice restaurant on site. The only thing we found odd was no lock on the bathroom door. It was a barn door type door. There was assigned parking."

The people working at this place need a retrain on customer service because everyone with the exception of two people were extremely rude. "I would not call it a resort or a breakfast. Ok for the price"

"The room I was put in didn’t have hot water at the sink or the shower. The water only got moderately warm. The tub kept filling up with water and drained very slowly, so with the shower running I was standing in at least 6 inches of water. The toilet didn’t flush. The AC never stopped running and the carpet smelled. Basically, this room (356) should not be used. In addition to all that, I called the front desk and requested an extra blanket. I was told someone would bring one. No one ever...

"Make sure you request the new side of the property. We were on the older side and the water did not come out of the faucet very well in the shower/bath. AC was amazingly cold!! We are 60 years old and had to lug heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly."
