"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. "It is a decent property extremely hard to find If you're driving it located in a small back alley with a giant wood door with a small sign. You will probably not find it to have your car valeted. Lucky we were able to find an open spot nearby in the city and walk our way in. There is also a sewer or garbage smell at times in the room and very loud outside at night. Bring your ear plugs. "Really enjoyed my stay! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It felt like an oasis off the main street with a very nice breakfast and coffee made to order. Theres a cafe, Borsa, next to the hotel which is great for a snack, especially the pistachio croissants that were amazing."

"Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out.
