"I liked this property, the staff is friendly, except the ladie that works making eggs in the breakfast, she wasn't was friendly anytime, didn't smile and she looks like sad, the rest of the staff so friendly and polite. The second day we have an issue in the room with the water heating, apararently wasn't working properly, but they gave us an room upgrade, we didn't have any issue with the new room, the breakfast is great, the property is well maintained, they are doing some upgrade to some part of the hotel, resuming my stay was great, definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you for your excellent attention and make great our vacations Me gustó esta propiedad. El segundo día tuvimos un problema con el calentador de agua en la habitación; aparentemente no funcionaba bien, pero nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior. No tuvimos ningún problema con la nueva habitación. El desayuno es excelente, la propiedad está bien mantenida y están realizando mejoras en algunas partes del hotel. Mi estancia fue excelente; definitivamente volveré a este hotel en el futuro. Gracias por su excelente atención y por hacer de nuestras vacaciones unas vacaciones inolvidables."

"Staff was super helpful with restaurant recs, arranging park guides, and spa treatments at another hotel. Room was very clean, facilities well kept and the atmosphere around the pool/bar/restaurant very peaceful and beautiful! The location is great because it’s at a dead end in the road so it’s quieter than other properties in the area. "
