"It was probably recently renovated and by a professional designer because everything was new, meticulously practical, efficient and elegant.
My room was with a window to the street and it had a kitchen with very well designed appliances. I took pictures because inspired me to update my apt. in NYC.
There was a small dishwasher disguised as a drawer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, small refrigerator integrated in the counter, ceramic dishes and….Crystal glasses. Yes CRYSTAL. I’m guessing...

"Great location with easy access to Gare du Nord and short walk to metro/bus stops. Building is older (which is expected in Paris) but doorknob to room was pretty wobbly and there was no peephole. Also uses a traditional key rather than a keycard. Breakfast was good but minimal. Staff/desk clerks were always very nice and helpful. Overall good stay."

"My friend and I chose Mom'Art Hotel for our 30th birthday celebration for a weekend in Paris and I can happily say we are 100% coming back here when we return.
This is a family-run hotel that has exceptionally high standards for the customer experience and they delivered. From greeting us warmly with a super late-night check-in, quickly running upstairs to give us more shampoo, wishing us a lovely day of exploring, to welcoming us back in the evenings, and many laughs and conversations shared...
