"The hotel was greatly overvalued/overpriced and unless you are a convention crowd I would not advise a couple to go there. The food was pedestrian at best and the wait staff was unable to answer how the meal would be prepared. As a result I received a meal I would not have ordered if it were accurately described. "From checkin to departure this family owned hotel was a pleasure to stay at. It has an amazing view of the Duoro valley and beautiful accommodations. They have a heated pool and asmall restaurant with amazing home cooked food! But best of all was the hospitality, Sergio is terrific. We highly recommend it!!!"
