"Nice property in fantastic location in Sintra historical center. Staff were so helpful and nice. Easy walk to Quinta da Regaleira, next door many restaurants and cafes. "

"The property inside was cozy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated our early departure times to get to castles by delivering breakfast early. The staff were fantastic and extremely friendly! The outside and area was not as nice, but that is how Sintra looks overall. The location was safe and pretty convenient as far as Sintra goes. Sintra is an odd place with a lot of rain and almost non existent sidewalks. Outside of the castles, it is not as nice. We enjoyed our stay inside Storytellers and would stay again in this property, but we’d would not stay again in Sintra."

"It seems like the hotel just recently open the staff all though pleasant was unable to fix issues with the hotel other than just apologizing for the inefficiency WiFi often went in and out construction was always going on the hotel closes its gates after midnight and the toll booth was inaccessible for your taxi to safely drop off at lobby area after 10pm, had to walk down the hill multiple times down a dark rocky road not easy when the guess are elderly or physically challenged.."
