"My family booked from 28Jul-02Aug(5nights). After we get in to the apartment, first--the Wifi is not working, second--the AC is totally not cooling(like didn't clean AC for long time)(and we cannot open the window because many mosquito outside the garden), third--there are used bedsheet & used pillow inside the cabinet. Fourth--the chair cushion outside the garden is only broken sponge. We really can't sleep in the apartment when Milan temperature was like 32 at night(we moved out on the first...

"Good prime location, very friendly staff in the restaurant, with special mention to Rose and team during breakfast. A very good breakfast.
The room size is probably not ideal. We had asked for adjacent rooms as travelling with family and also were staying for a week but disappointinly we were located in two different rooms.
