This is a four, not five star hotel. The staff are very friendly but the property is becoming run down/ the location is lovely and quiet. All the rooms face the ocean and we enjoyed our balcony. Great customer service. Beautiful views and clean rooms. Only cons were lack of good water pressure and food was 5-6/10. This is unfortunately the norm for most beach front resorts.
