"Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is lovely, the spa is amazing, definitely worth booking in for the full spa 3 hours, the food is good but to be honest it’s the staff that make it. Such a lovely bunch!"

"Disappointed with room service, new biscuits put into dirty mugs ! No new tea/coffee and bin left in front of bed. Rushed job ? However, massive plus was staff attitude in dining room, dinner and breakfast excellent."

"The Mary Mount is a lovely hotel that is in the PERFECT spot - the lower end of Derwentwater and right at one of the ferry stops! The scenery is remarkable!
