"At 9 AM on Sept 15 we asked that the man at the front desk call and get us a taxi to the airport. About 15 minutes later he called again and was told that no taxi was responding to their dispatcher for this ride. He then helped my wife register for the Uber app and request an Uber ride to the airport. The Uber ride showed up within minutes and took us to the airport, where we needed all of our allotted time to catch our plane. I never got his name, but I hope it is not too late to thank him...
"The property was spotless. The room was a lot smaller than we imagined, but we didn’t spend much time in it anyway. I recommend this place for a quick visit, otherwise you’d feel cramped with two people. The common area didn’t feel inviting, just two desks and a kitchen with no seating area. Parking, which you need to do after checking was $35.00 and very tight but secure and easy access to my room.

"The staff at optimum are fab specifically Scott the bartender. It’s like being at your neighborhood bar. The sky bar is too loud after a long day. Randilynn our server ask for her she so kind and joyful stop in even if your not staying here it’s worth it. Courtyard on the side of optimum nice place to watch the world and enough people watching. "Parking was $55 a day, but was not listed anywhere. Non-hotel parking in the area is cheaper but the we would have had to walk back to the property. Neighborhood was crawling with closed down businesses and homeless drug addicts. The hotel was amazing surrounding area was scary and parking cost was ridiculous and not forecasted. "
