"Everything was clean and comfortable however, a little run down. The drapes were ripped and stuff looked a little worn. I would go back, though. The overall experience was great."

"Cleaning staff was up and at it early. I was hoping to sleep in a bit but they were making a lot of noise and I couldn’t get back to sleep. As I was leaving a cleaning staff member asked me you leaving now, to get into the room. Not how was your stay. I chose this particular hotel because I had a medical emergency on a flight into Portland and had to go to the ER after I landed. I got in late and was hoping to rest and check out was advertised as noon instead of 11. I needed some extra sleep before I could make a two and a half hour drive home. But the slamming of doors and giggling and talking by cleaning staff made that impossible. I expected some noises early in the Am and had ear plugs. But there didn’t seem to be consideration for guests who actually checked out late. "

"The room was great in terms of its size, but it could have been a bit cleaner - the glass topped coffee table had a lot of crumbs trapped between the glass and the metal edge which wasn't the best look."

"I would give a slightly better review had the desk staff better received my feedback. I would have even stayed there again if not for this individual because there were good things about this place. It’s important for people to know there are not many amenities. No coffee in the rooms, no microwave, fridge or bathtub. If you know this, it can be ok. But the real problem was a LOUD party in an outdoor area directly outside my room door. It was a night I needed rest and there was no quiet place to go even with ear plugs. There response was that quiet hours start at 10 and the party ended the which was true. But usually you think quiet hours means no loud parties in other rooms. But what they are saying here is different. This should be stated more clearly. Again, had they responded differently, I’d feel differently now. They did not even pretend to be interested in feedback, especially since I had booked through Expedia . They said as much. You’re getting a deal. However the daily additional fees made it not a deal at all! So, I just needed to do more checking in on the details, but won’t stay at this hotel again, even though nice otherwise. And likely won’t do an Expedia bundle so I can really understand hidden fees and ask more questions of the property. I’m a creature of habit so I’d have love to stay there in the 2 more weeks I will be there this week, but won’t because of the rudeness of the individual I spoke with at check out (11 am on may 12th)"
